The answer to this question is “yes”. An Intern must be always paid for his work the reason behind this is that it will help the company to get better candidates, increased accountability and efforts from both sides. And you will get better output. Other than there are some other reasons which shows that all interns must be paid are:

  4. It is important to let them know their qualities and they will feel more confident if stipend is provided to them.
  5. It is a payment based on performance of the student at the workplace so it can increase the performance of the student and it will affect positively.
  6. If a student is being paid, he must be answerable to his work and fully responsible otherwise he will not be responsible for his work .and may neglect the work given to him.
