A non-disclosure agreement is a written document for making a legally binding, confidential relationship between two parties and exchanging information. But before signing a non-disclosure agreement, the company and customer should always be aware of some key points which can guide him to move further and to make him decide that he should work with that customer or not. Some of them are discussed below:
1.Confidentiality: Make sure that all you share will remain confidential between you and the dealing company for maintaining privacy and for legal responsibilities.
2. Personal data: Do not share personal details with the company for any future fraud or for and misleading .
3.Ppurpose: All the information and details which you are going to share must be purposeful, you should not share or give any extra details about you and should only share the valuable things or data.
4.Legality: Understand the legal terms of company and only work after completing legal formalities, do not trust anyone without checking legality of the company.
5.Breaking: You must know the consequences for breaking the agreement, whenever you want to break it you should be able to close it otherwise you can be cheated or be in loss so you must know how to. Break an agreement or the particular time period in which you are allowed to break the agreement.
