4.) About Us page content (if any)
5.) Contact Us page content (if any)
6.) Other pages content (if any)
7.) Logo (if any)
8.) Images (if any)
9.) Special Instructions (if any)
10.) Web Hosting login details (URL to Login, username, and password) (only require if you want me to upload your website to your web hosting server).

Note: Please try to send content in Microsoft word documents ( .docx format) and one file per page (each page need to be in separate file). so I will get clear idea about your content and don’t mix it
